Founded in 2012 by Ennio Cantergiani, l’Académie du Café has rapidly grown with establishments, independents and coffee brands, and has been an immediate success with our customers, independent CHR establishments or collectives, catering chains, hotel schools, various industries and individuals passionate about the world of coffee.

Every year, more and more of you, both private and professional, put your trust in us to become true coffee specialists, by following our training courses on the art of espresso, roasting, gentle methods or even to become experienced baristas.

Our advisory role has also enabled many independent operators to open their own coffee shops, and several establishments to develop new concepts and optimize their existing offerings.

Training courses take place in Geneva and soon near Vevey. All include a didactic course in a projection room, followed by practical application depending on the module chosen.

In a professional atmosphere, you’ll find a tasting room and 8 Barista workstations fully equipped with professional equipment.
